Hi, I’m Rebecca and I’ve worked in frontline services all of my life.
I trained as a social worker in the mid-90s and served the Gloucestershire area. Later, when I had my children, I retrained as a teacher, and I have worked in education for the last 12 years.
But have you ever had that nagging feeling that you’re supposed to be doing something else? I did.
I stumbled across hypnotherapy when I started having disrupted sleep when I hit the perimenopause.
I felt dreadful. Hypnotherapy was life changing for me and then the penny dropped. What if it can be life changing for other women too?
I chose to train with the prestigious UK College of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. I was impressed by their evidence-based approach, superb teaching, and mentoring.
And now?
Well, helping women get the nourishing sleep they so desperately need at a key moment in their life is a real privilege. I’m grateful to work with so many different women, who entrust me with their most precious stories. I find their courage and fortitude inspiring.
Sometimes we just need a supportive hand to guide us back to ourselves. Witnessing the moment when that happens for my clients is why I do what I do.
